Gift wrapping and packaging

Care instructions
These handmade plushies cannot go into the washing machine. Please use spot cleaning (damp cloth) to clean your plush instead. You can use lukewarm water or water with soap or mild detergent. Be sure to remove any soap from the plush before letting it dry. Brush the minky with a clean toothbrush or pet brush to make it nice and fluffy again ^^
Can I handle the plush a lot?
The plushies I make can definitely be cuddled and handled! The only downside to frequent handling is that the stuffing may become less compact.
My hanmade plushies aren't suitable for rough play though, so please take care when giving it to a child.
Commissions and personalized orders

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Depending on where you live it can take a few days to a few weeks for your order to arrive. Please check shipping times on this page to see how long it will take for your country.

Is there any warrenty?
If your order got damaged during shipping, please contact me.
